Company Overview: Since 1992 Care Data Systems solved systems integration problems by connecting HL7 messaging and documents with OMG service-oriented components on open platforms. CDS routinely faced the urgent need to communicate new and old architectures - and migration plans - to technology executives to win funding for projects. As CDS alternated between abstract standards work and concrete project work it developed an integrated metamodel for these visualizations. After marrying virtual reality gaming technology to this modernization metamodel, CDS now uses the capability to create advanced architectural visualizations for third parties.
Product/Service Description: LSV provides immersive 3D visualizations for legacy and modern information systems, as well as animated sequences showing modernization phasing. The content is structured according to OMG and TOG formalisms to leverage existing model repositories and CMS-based content. In addition to the immersive models, we generate other outputs ranging from presentations and canned video to rich intranet web sites. In all cases, we utilize purpose and audience parameters to generate noise-suppressed and progressively disclosed results. We offer free initial consultations.
